Announcement About the Bitwise Trendwise BTC/ETH and Treasuries Rotation Strategy ETF (BTOP)

Bitwise Investment Manager, LLC, the Fund’s Adviser, closed and liquidated the Fund on May 29, 2026. Shareholders who did not sell their shares of BTOP by May 21, 2026, had their shares automatically redeemed for cash based on the Fund’s net asset value (NAV). The redemption was provided to shareholders through their brokers or other financial intermediaries around May 29, 2026.
